1. General

By accessing or purchasing from
irishnostalgia.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Irish Nostalgia
is a Notre Dame-licensed consumer brand specializing in 3D-printed and
laser-cut memorabilia, operated in compliance with licensing agreements with
the University of Notre Dame and Fanatics. These terms apply to all visitors,
customers, and users of the site.

2. Products

All Irish Nostalgia products are handcrafted
and made to order. As a result:

●       Minor variations in color, texture, or finish
are normal and not considered defects.

●       Product images are representative. Exact
appearance may vary slightly due to the nature of 3D printing and material
sourcing.

●       We reserve the right to discontinue or modify
products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Irish
Nostalgia reserves the right to update pricing at any time. The price displayed
at checkout is the final price for that transaction. We reserve the right to
cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected
fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

4. Discount Code — 10% Off

Subscribers to the Irish Nostalgia newsletter
receive a one-time 10% discount code. The following conditions apply:

●       The code is valid for one (1) use per customer
on any single order.

●       The code cannot be combined with other
promotional offers or discounts.

●       The code has no cash value and is
non-transferable.

●       Irish Nostalgia reserves the right to modify
or discontinue the discount program at any time.

●       Abuse of the discount program (including
creating multiple accounts to redeem multiple codes) will result in order
cancellation and account suspension.

5. Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as
well as any payment methods enabled through our Shopify checkout. Payment is
collected at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely
through Shopify Payments.

6. Shipping

Irish Nostalgia ships within the United States
only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

●       Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Production time for custom or made-to-order items may vary.

●       Shipping times are estimates and not
guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or
circumstances outside our control.

●       Customers are responsible for providing
accurate shipping information. Irish Nostalgia is not liable for orders
delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, all
sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

●       If your order arrives damaged, contact us at
[your email] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

●       Approved claims will receive a replacement or
store credit at our discretion.

●       We do not accept returns based on buyer’s
remorse or minor cosmetic variations inherent to handcrafted products.

8. Intellectual Property

All Irish Nostalgia product designs, branding,
and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Notre Dame trademarks and marks are used under license from the University of
Notre Dame. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any
content from this site is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Irish Nostalgia’s liability for any claim
arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the order in
question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
of any kind. Products are intended for decorative and gift use only.

10. Privacy

By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to
receive order-related communications and, where opted in, marketing emails from
Irish Nostalgia. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties
except as required to fulfill orders (e.g., shipping carriers). You may
unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email we
send.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by
the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any disputes arising from
transactions on this site shall be resolved in the courts of St. Joseph County,
Indiana.

12. Changes to These Terms

Irish Nostalgia reserves the right to update
these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page
with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are
posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
